All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days after successful payment verification. Our warehouse operation follows official business hours: we work Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 17:00 GMT and remain fully closed on weekends and UK public holidays with no order processing during off-duty periods.
Every apparel item undergoes strict pre-shipment quality inspection. Our team carefully checks dresses for smooth stitching and even coloring, verifies casual pants for precise cutting and sturdy seams, examines knit tops for intact knitting texture and no loose threads, and inspects coats for solid outer material and fine finishing. Only qualified products will be packaged and dispatched.
We adopt professional classified packaging for different clothing styles. Lightweight dresses and knit tops are packed with soft anti-wrinkle packaging to keep smooth and tidy. Casual pants are folded scientifically to avoid long-term creases. 3. Global International Shipping
Junebugtale offers trustworthy worldwide shipping services to most countries and regions across the globe. All cross-border parcels support complete end-to-end tracking. Please kindly understand that international delivery may encounter minor delays due to customs clearance progress, local logistics arrangement or extreme weather conditions beyond our control.

4. Customs & Tax Responsibility
All import duties, local taxes and customs clearance fees arising from international shipments are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Our textile products including dresses, pants, knit tops and coats may be randomly inspected by local customs authorities. junebugtale will not be responsible for parcel detention, return delivery or additional charges caused by local import policies and regulations.
5. Non-Deliverable Areas
We do not support delivery to military restricted zones, internationally sanctioned areas, remote isolated islands and areas without complete logistics coverage. Delivery to unverified PO box addresses is not available. If your shipping address is invalid or undeliverable, our customer service team will contact you actively to correct address information or arrange a full refund without hidden handling fees.
6. Parcel Tracking & Delivery Exception
Once your parcel is dispatched from our warehouse, an automatic shipping confirmation email containing your exclusive tracking number and tracking link will be sent to your registered email address. If there is no logistics update for three consecutive working days, please feel free to contact our support team for parcel investigation and follow-up processing.
7. Unsuccessful Delivery & After-Sales Policy
If the courier fails to deliver the parcel due to recipient absence, a collection notice will be left at your delivery address. Unclaimed parcels will be returned to our warehouse after 7 working days. You can apply for paid re-delivery service or partial refund. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
If you receive defective, damaged or flawed dresses, pants, knit tops or coats within 48 hours after delivery, please provide clear defect photos. We provide professional after-sales solutions including full refunds, free product replacements and complimentary return services.
8. Delivery Address Modification
Customers can modify delivery addresses free of charge before order dispatch. After shipment, address modification cannot be guaranteed. If logistics conditions allow adjustment, a small administrative fee of £1.50 will be charged.
