1. Return and Exchange Validity Period
All return and exchange applications must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date your order is successfully delivered. We strongly recommend that you check the size, color, fabric condition, stitching and overall workmanship of all garments immediately after receiving your package. Any overdue return requests without valid and verifiable reasons will not be processed by our after-sales team.
2. Garment Return Requirements
All returned dresses, pants, knit tops and coats must be kept in brand-new, unused and fully resalable condition. To pass our warehouse inspection, all items must comply with the following rules:

All apparel must be completely unworn and unwashed, free from stains, dust, makeup residue, sweat marks and unusual odors.

No artificial damage is allowed, including fabric stretching, pilling, tearing, fading, loose threads and permanent creases caused by personal use.

Original brand tags, care labels and complete original packaging must be fully retained and well attached to each garment.

Any personal modification, tailoring, ironing, cutting or self-cleaning will immediately invalidate return qualification.
3. Non-Returnable Goods
Final sale clearance items, discounted promotional garments, worn or washed clothing, products with artificial damage, and items damaged due to improper personal storage or daily maintenance are not eligible for return or exchange.
4. Refund and Exchange Regulations
Once our warehouse receives your returned parcel, we will conduct a strict quality inspection within 1 to 2 working days. After the return application is approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 3–5 working days. Style and size exchanges for dresses, pants, knit tops and coats are available subject to real-time inventory availability, and any price differences will be settled accordingly.
5. Shipping and Service Fees
For returns caused by personal size mismatch, style dissatisfaction or other personal reasons, customers shall bear the return shipping fees and related handling costs. If the items you receive are defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered due to our official errors, our brand will cover all return shipping fees with no additional charges.
